Ross: Hey, Gunther. Can I get a couple of blueberry muffins to go?
Gunther: Diapers, huh?
Ross: Yep.
Gunther: So I guess Rachel had your baby?
Ross: Yep. Can you believe it?
Gunther: Nope. I can't even believe she slept with you in the first place.
Ross: Huh? Oh, you mean, like... Huh?

Gunther: Rachel?
Rachel: Yeah?
Gunther: I know you're leaving tonight, but I just have to tell you. I love you. Now, I don't know if that changes your plans at all, but I thought you should know.
Rachel: Gunther. I love you too. Probably not in the same way. But I do. And, and when I'm in a cafe, having coffee, or I see a man with hair brighter than the sun, I'll think of you.

[Gunther goes over to the guy Rachel asked out, he holds up a sign saying they reserve they right to refuse service to anyone]
Gunther: Get out.

Rachel: Oh, I did it. I finished it. I did it all by myself. And there's nobody to hug.
[After clattering in the back of the coffee shop, Gunther runs out]
Gunther: Move! [trips over a guy]

Gunther: So I understand you're looking for a place?
Rachel: No. No, I'm staying put.
Gunther: Oh. I was going to offer you my apartment.
Rachel: Why? Where you going?
Gunther: I don't know.

Joey: Hey, Gunther. Let me get a lemonade to go.
Gunther: Lemonade? You okay, man?
Joey: It's career stuff. I don't know if you heard but they killed off my character on the show.
Gunther: That's too bad. How'd they do it?
Joey: I fell down an elevator shaft.
Gunther: That sucks. I was buried in an avalanche.
Joey: What?
Gunther: I used to be Bryce on All My Children.

Monica: What is that?
Ross: I'm just getting rid of a couple of things.
Monica: This is all of your things.
Ross: Yes. Yes, it is. No, but it's good. Emily thinks we should get all new stuff. Stuff that's just ours. Together. You know, brand new.
Monica: So basically this is a "getting rid of anything Rachel ever touched sale".
Ross: Touched, used, sat on, slept on.
Gunther: I'll take it all.

Gunther: Rachel, when's your birthday?
Rachel: May 5th. Why?
Gunther: Oh, I'm just making a list of birthdays.
Ross: Mine's December-
Gunther: Yeah, whatever.

Ross: Thanks, Gunther. [Rachel kisses Ross] Can I get a napkin too?
Gunther: Oh, like you don't already have everything.

Gunther: [inner monologue] What does Rachel see in this guy? I love Rachel. I wish she was my wife.
