Mike: What's going on, Dad? How long you been like this?
Big Mike: Oh, a couple of weeks. I... I don't know, a month. I don't write everything down in some kind of lady diary.
Mike: Did you see a doctor?
Big Mike: Oh, pfft.
Mike: Look, Dad, this is nuts. Clearly, you can't drive. How you getting to the grocery? Why didn't you call me? Or Rusty. Or me.
Big Mike: I don't need a grocery. I got these gumballs. Eh. [gumball machine clicking] When I run out... [eats gumball] I'll let you know.

Frankie: [v.o.] And then out of the blue, a strange thing happened.
Big Mike: Did I ever tell you guys about the time I traded my horse for a bike?
Frankie: [v.o.] Grandpa Big Mike actually started talking.
Big Mike: I was about 11 years old...
Frankie: [v.o.] And once he started, he couldn't stop.
Big Mike: ...bike and I wanted one in the worst way.

Mike: Come on, Dad. Knock it off. We don't want you to die.
Big Mike: Of course you don't 'cause you're next.
Axl: Wait, Grandpa, what?
Brick: You have so much to live for!
Big Mike: Like what? [Mike, Axl and Brick look at each other] Look, I've already told you my stories. There's no point in dragging this out.
Mike: Alright, Dad, if that's the way you want it. See ya later.

[As Mike walks towards the car, Big Mike lays down on the ground]

Mike: [sighs] Alright, Dad, enough's enough. Time to go home. Dad?
Brick: Grandpa?
Axl: Oh, my God! You killed Grandpa! How could you let this happen?
Brick: This is all your fault! You are a monster!
Mike: I was trying to scare him.
Big Mike: Hard to die with all this racket going on.
Mike: Dad, you almost gave me a heart attack.

Mike: Hey, Dad. Uh, when you were over the other day, I know I... might have said something...
Big Mike: Oh? Didn't notice.
Mike: I think you did. Um... I guess what I'm... trying to say is, I'm sorry.
Big Mike: Came all this way to say sorry?
Mike: Yeah, Dad. I did.
