Rochelle: A month ago? Baby, it's been barely four weeks. Relax, you'll get your picture. [Tonya leaves]

Drew: No gum?
Rochelle: Yeah, I got it. Here. [takes out the Billy Ocean fan club letter]
Adult Chris: [v.o.] That look means "Damn!"
Rochelle: Damn!
Adult Chris: [v.o.] See?

Julius: What's that?
Rochelle: Tonya's waiting on a picture from the Billy Ocean Fan Club, but I forgot to mail the letter. Now I don't know what to tell her.
Julius: How about "I forgot to mail your letter to Billy Ocean"?
Rochelle: Are you crazy? I can't just tell her I forgot.
Julius: What are you going to do?
Rochelle: I'm going to get her a picture of Billy Ocean.

Adult Chris: [v.o.] Monk was always on guard.
Monk: [holding a knife] Is that your brother?
Chris: Yeah.
Monk: ... Just checking. I'll be back in 20 minutes.

Drew: Hey, man, was that Tasha?
Chris: Yeah, she just invited me to go see Back to the Future.
Drew: Oh, for real? That's cool.
Chris: Yeah, I didn't know she liked me that much.
Drew: No, I was talking about Back to the Future.

Drew: [chuckles] So when you going?
Chris: Uh, Saturday.
Drew: What Saturday?
Chris: This Saturday.
Drew: How are you going to see Back to The Future with Tasha and we're supposed to be going to the game with Dad?
Chris: Shoot, I forgot about that.
Adult Chris: [v.o.] I thought about one girl so much when I was 16, I forgot I was 30.

Monk: Tuna on the top, sardines, then the cat food.
Adult Chris: [v.o.] For working people, broke people and old people.

Monk: Look, you ain't gotta take my word for it.
Adult Chris: [v.o.] I'm not.
Monk: But ask anybody, they'll tell you. You can always hang out with your daddy. Go to the movie.

Kill Moves: Why don't you and the girl go see a movie about the game that your father's going to. Hurrah... [swings sword] sowah...

Adult Chris: [v.o.] Back at home, I was about to call the game on a technicality.
Julius: Mm! The Dodgers are on a three-game run. They're going to stomp the Mets. This game is gonna be good.
Drew: I thought we wanted the Dodgers to lose.
Julius: Usually. But the Dodgers are the only team that weren't mean to Jackie Robinson. You hire the only Black guy playing, I'm on your side.
Adult Chris: [v.o.] I feel the same way about midgets.

Rochelle: Tonya, you want some cornbread?
Tonya: No, I'm not really all that hungry.
Rochelle: Baby, you got to eat. You don't want to die of starvation before your picture gets here.
Tonya: Oh, okay.
