Ava: Boom! [chuckles]
Gregory: You got Jazmine Sullivan to come here tomorrow night?
Janine: That's amazing, Ava.
Ava: We're gonna pull this off. [chuckles]
Janine: Yes.
Jacob: [quietly to phone] Who is Jazmine Sulliv- [cellphone thuds]

Ava: Melissa, girl, get in here. Jacob doing magic.
Jacob: And now, the unbreakable rings are apart. [Ava laughing]
Melissa: You're holding the rings where the gap is.
Jacob: Um, no.
Melissa: Yeah. Is that all you got, the cheap hand gimmicks? I've seen better at the boardwalk. I've seen a lot at the boardwalk.
Jacob: Okay, how about this? Pick a card, any card. Remember it. Don't show it to me. And then put it back. Was your card the five of hearts?
Melissa: No.
Jacob: Are you sure it wasn't the five of hearts?
Ava: The magic doesn't work if you lie, Melissa.
Melissa: I'm not lying. It was a queen of hearts. This is a racket.
[As Melissa walks away, the Queen of Hearts card is stuck to the back of her jacket. Ava and the class cry out in amazement.]
Jacob: The amazing Jacob has done it again!

Jacob: [aside to camera] Connection... It's a lot like baseball, a bunch of weird, kind of boring stuff happens, and then boom, home run. Who knew?

Jacob: Guys, I'm Neo-ing. I'm the Matrix. [laughs]

Jacob: Ooh, can't believe I snagged a spot next to your group. Hey, do you remember what to do if I start having sleep paralysis?
Gregory: Um, shake you till you wake up?
Jacob: What? No, no. Gently cradle my head...
Gregory: Can we talk? Hey, has Janine been acting different?
Jacob: Uh, honestly, I haven't seen her that much today. Ava paired me with Morton, so all of my energy has gone into keeping my cool. He better watch it. You know, Night Jacob, he's got that dog in him.

Gregory: Can we get back to Janine?
Jacob: Yes. Um, what did... what did she say when you asked her what's wrong?
Gregory: Uh...
Jacob: You didn't ask her? Sheesh. It is no wonder your dad is a landscaper, the way you beat around the bush.

Gregory: Well, I asked if we could talk and she moved her kids to the other room, so that's that, I guess.
Jacob: Oh, yeah. That's that. Yeah, you'll probably never see her again.
Gregory: Relax.
Jacob: I'm relaxed, man. You relax, okay? Everybody I like knows it. Zach, and Diego Luna has seen my tweets, so...

Jacob: G-Man. Don't worry. Every spot on my spreadsheet of local restaurants has something you love... water. [laughs]
Gregory: Ah, yeah, let's go.
Jacob: After-school crew is back, baby!
