‘The One with Ross's New Girlfriend’

After working up the courage to tell him how she feels about him, Rachel struggles to deal with the fact Ross has returned from his trip to China with a new girlfriend. Meanwhile, Monica takes issue with her new hairdresser, Phoebe, and Chandler feels violated by Joey's tailor.

Monica: Okay, it's funny. The last time Paolo was here, my hair was so much cuter.

Phoebe: Okay, but you have to promise that you will not be all controlly and bossy and all Monica about it.

Phoebe: That's it. I quit.
Monica: What? I didn't say anything!
Phoebe: Yeah, but this isn't the face of a person who trusts a person. This is the face of a person who, you know, doesn't trust a person.

Joey: Well, how you doing?
Rachel: I'm okay.
Joey: That bad, huh? Look, Rachel, I can sense when women are depressed and vulnerable. It's one of my gifts.

Rachel: Joey, when I saw him get off that plane with her I really thought I just hit rock bottom.
But today, it's like there's rock bottom, 50 feet of crap, then me.

Joey: Look, look, Rach. I've been with my share of women. In fact, I've been with a lot of people's share of women. But the point is I've never felt about anyone the way Ross felt about you.
