Quote from Will

Gordy: Uh... This meeting has been very interesting.
Will: Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Hey, this is just the first of many, man.
Gordy: Okay.
Will: Hey, Gordy.
Gordy: Yeah?
Will: I can feel it. We are gonna make history.
Gordy: History? That's just the word I was thinking. Goodbye, Will.

Quote from Will

Will: Who are you?
Jerry: Jerry DeCarlo. Gordy thought you might need help from a more experienced manager. But you're the man, Will. You're the man. I'm just the man behind the man.
Will: Oh, uh-huh. And what you doing back there?
Jerry: Will, we'd like you to focus on one of our more established clients.
Will: Oh, really? Who?
Jerry: Tito, Jermaine. Your pick.
Will: Look here, buddy. I don't think you quite understand what's going on here. I run all this, okay? And Ashley is not having this at all, right? So you need to get to going, all right?

Quote from Will

Philip: Will, I want you to come home.
Will: Home? Oh, I have no home.
Philip: Oh, come on, the whole family misses you.
Will: Family? Oh, I have no family.
Philip: All right, you made your point.
Will: Point? I have no... Very clever, Uncle Phil. But then again, you are this big-time lawyer.

Quote from Philip

Philip: Will, this wasn't an easy thing for me to agree with. We both know that you were in over your head. I was just trying to do the best thing I could for Ashley.
Will: You can push me out and take everything over, but we both know I made Ashley Banks.
Philip: Well, gee, I could have sworn that Vivian and I had something to do with it.

Quote from Philip

Will: Can I still come home?
Philip: Home? I thought you had no home.
Will: Uncle Phil.
Philip: Uncle? What? I thought you had no uncle.
Will: Tell me where the car is.
Philip: I have no car.

Quote from Vivian

Vivian: Will.
Will: Hey, Aunt Viv. You happy to see me?
Vivian: Yes. It's so hard to smack you upside your head when you're not here.

Quote from Philip

Philip: Come on, now, Vivian. We can't blame Will for what's happened to Ashley.
Will: Okay, wait, wait. Time out. What happened to Ashley?
Vivian: This singing contract has gone straight to her head.
Philip: Well, these new managers are putting pressure on her and she's doing the best she can with it. I mean, after all, they must be doing something right. She is in heavy rotation on The Box, [chuckles] whatever that is.
Vivian: I'm glad you're okay with this because I don't like it. Not one little bit.
Philip: Gee, she hides it so well.

Quote from Ashley

Ashley: Carlton, do you hear that?
Carlton: You mean your song on the radio?
Ashley: No, I mean the cash registers racking up my record sales. [both laugh]
Carlton: Isn't she funny?

Quote from Ashley

Hilary: There she is, America's sweetheart.
Carlton: Watch the hair!
Hilary: I have some very exciting news for you.
Carlton: Make it quick. Miss Banks has to mentally prepare for her appearance tomorrow at Dad's record store.
Hilary: I have the greatest idea for my talk show. It's a salute to divas. Past, present and future.
Will: Hilary, that is my idea.
Hilary: Right, just like you launched Ashley's career? So how about it, Ash?
Ashley: Hilary, it sounds really wonderful and I'd love to do it but, well, my managers have this silly little idea about me only doing important shows.
Will: Oh, so, what you doing, 60 Minutes?
Ashley: So young, so bitter.

Quote from Will

Hilary: Oh, she is so self-centered.
Will: I hear that. After everything I've done for her.
Hilary: You? Who's talking about you?
Will: Well, I'm talking about Miss Thing. Somebody need to snatch her big helium head down out the stratosphere.
