‘Kiss My Butler’

Season 1, Episode 10 -  Aired November 5, 1990

After Will decides to set Geoffrey up with a date for his birthday, he hears about a British nanny, Helen (Naomi Campbell), who's just moved to America, unaware she's a dashing young woman.

Quote from Will

Will: Check this out. I got the worst luck in the world. And you know all the babes I mess with in Bel-Air been whacked, right?
Jazz: I follow you so far.
Will: Yo, I go to hook G up with an old British nanny it turns out to be her.
Jazz: She don't look too old to me.
Will: I know, Jazz. She's perfect. Homey, I'm in love. And G didn't even want to go out with her in the first place.
Jazz: I don't know what you guys do in Philly but in LA, we don't give stuff like that away.
Will: Well, I don't know what you guys do in LA but in Philly, you crack on somebody's honey, you mess around and get yourself killed.
Jazz: Well, I don't know what you guys do in Philly, but in LA, we men have to take that risk.
Will: Yo, brother, you want to take this outside?

Quote from Jazz

Jazz: Calm down, man. Listen. Tell me, how's your butler dance?
Will: I mean, like he dresses. Why?
Jazz: I'll throw on some house music, he we won't be able to hang out on the dance floor. You can pick up all the pieces. [over mic] Yo, we got a brother in the house tonight. He's celebrating his birthday. He's my main man Geoffrey. So I want everybody to clear the dance floor, and let him and his lady get busy.
Geoffrey: Well, Helen, care to cut a rug?
Helen: Smashing.
[as Geoffrey and Helen dance:]
Will: Like an angel in flight.
Jazz: Yeah, he is better than I thought he'd be.

Quote from Will

Will: Hey, hey, they're doing the lambada. That's the forbidden dance.
[After Will breaks between Geoffrey and Helen to start dancing, a bouncer comes to take him away]
Will: It's like this, right? Mississippi Burning, right?
Jazz: I'm getting that feeling of deja vu.
[Will is thrown out of the club, a la Jazz]

Quote from Philip

Philip: What are you doing home?
Will: Man, I sort of bounced home. They threw me out of the club.
Vivian: Why?
Will: Well, it all started when your man Geoffrey started doing the lambada.
Vivian: Geoffrey does the lambada?
Philip: That's the forbidden dance.
