After hooking up with Rachel's boss, Joanna, Chandler finds himself stuck in a delicate situation in her office. Meanwhile, Monica is disappointed that her mother made contingency plans after asking her to cater a party, and Joey is visited by a door-to-door encyclopedia salesman.

Ross: I think this is a good thing. Mom wouldn't have hired you if you weren't good.
Monica: You don't have to stick up for her. She can't hear you.
Quote from Phoebe
Judy Geller: Come on. Have a sense of humor. You're never able to laugh at yourself.
Monica: That's right. [laughs] My mom doesn't have any faith in me. That's hilarious.
Phoebe: I don't get it.
Quote from Phoebe
Judy Geller: No, I have faith.
Monica: No, you have lasagnas.
[Monica storms out, the oven bell rings]
Phoebe: Ooh, the ruined quiches are ready. Yay.
Quote from Chandler
Joanna: What are you doing?
Chandler: I'm getting dressed.
Joanna: Why?
Chandler: When I walk outside naked, people throw garbage at me.
Quote from Chandler
Rachel: You promised you would break up with her.
Chandler: I did break up with her. She just took it really, really well!
Quote from Chandler
Rachel: The fact that you are jeopardizing my career never entered your mind?
Chandler: It did enter my mind. But then something happened that made it ... shoot right out.

Phoebe: This used to be your room? Wow. You must have been in really good shape as a kid.
Quote from Joey
Salesman: Well, what can you swing?
Joey: How about zero down and zero a month for a long, long time?
