When Lainey comes to visit and finally meet Erica's daughter, Geoff has the sneaking suspicion Lainey and Barry are hooking up. Meanwhile, Beverly catches Adam's girlfriend Carmen on a date with another guy.

Erica: Don't be stupid. You can still hang out.
Joanne: [scoffs] Boys are so dumb.
Barry: You mean...?
Bill Lewis: Gentlemen sports-time is back on!
Barry: And no longer in the shadows! [they do a crazy hand shake]
Barry and Bill: Ca-caw! Ca-caw! [both laugh]
Erica: Maybe a little shadow wouldn't hurt.

Carmen: [sighs] You know, I have never had a guy show up to my window with a step stool and a boombox like that.
Adam: Really? You should have a million guys outside your window. [off her look] Not a million. The appropriate amount. Why don't you talk now?
