‘Customer Satisfaction’

When Jeff returns to the store as the new district manager, he tells the Cloud 9 staff to push customers to fill in the satisfaction surveys. As Glenn and Dina devise a way to improve the store's ratings, Cheyenne removes some workers, including Jonah, from customer-facing roles.

Dina: We got this. We'll shut down the water, and we just have to keep Jeff from seeing this, so someone needs to distract him.
Garrett: Oh, I think Mateo's the right man for the job.
Mateo: No. My journey...
Dina: Mateo it is. Now, everybody go!
Marcus: Wait, let me just try one more thing.
Dina: Do not flush that toilet again.
Marcus: Ah...

Jeff: Glenn, you backing this up?
Glenn: Mm-hmm. That's what I always say.
Jeff: [scoffs] Fine. Okay. This store... My boyfriend, Trevor, is not gonna believe the day I've had. [walks off]
Glenn: Fake boyfriend?
Dina: Oh, 100%. Yeah.
