Before Barry and Erica leave for college, Beverly is determined to spend family time together with a National Lampoon's Vacation-inspired trip across America.

Adam: Let's do it, Adam! Let's go ride "Star Tours"!
Barry: No, no! I think I know something that would be more fun for the whole family.
Adult Adam: [v.o.] We finally made it to the happiest place on Earth. And as magical as it was, thanks to my mom, I realized the best part of the Goldberg vacation was the journey. To this day, we still travel as a family. Of course, it never gets easier, but I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Quote from Adam
Adam: Wakey, Wakey.
Barry: Get out. I was just dreaming on scoring a touchdown for the Eagles!
Adam: But I brought you breakfast.
Barry: Well, finally! I've been trying to take my meals in my room for years. Give me! This is a whole lot of liquids.
Adam: All part of a balanced breakfast. [turns on the vibrating bed]
Barry: No! My juices! Oh, no, my hot coffee! Oh, no! Adam, hit stop! I should never have stolen this from the hotel!
Adam: Yeah, I'm gonna miss you!
