Hilary gets a new job as an assistant to a movie star, Marissa Redman (Queen Latifah).

Quote from Will

Marissa Redman: What is going on here?
Hilary: Marissa, I can explain.
Marissa Redman: I don't even want to hear it. So I've got a party girl on my hands. Is that it? As soon as I turn my back. You know, we've got a word for people like you in this business and it's called... [sees Will] Hello.
Will: Uh, Miss Redman, we didn't mean to get Hilary in any trouble. I'm her cousin.
Marissa Redman: Oh, she's not in any trouble. I'm sorry. I didn't catch your name.
Will: Will Smith.
Marissa Redman: Will Smith. Little Willie Smith. I like that.
Will: Yeah, but little Willie's got to go now.

Quote from Will

Marissa Redman: Why don't you stay for a little while?
Will: You know, we'd love to, but we made other plans.
Jazz: No, we didn't.
Will: Don't you remember, Jazz you've got that brain-surgery appointment.
Jazz: Must have forgotten.
Will: Bye-bye.

Quote from Hilary

Marissa Redman: You know, I just had a thought.
Hilary: I'm sure it's brilliant. What is it?
Marissa Redman: I thought I'd like to take your cousin Will to that restaurant opening tonight.
Hilary: What?
Marissa Redman: Are you thinking I'm too old for him? You think he wouldn't want to go out with me?
Hilary: No, Marissa, I mean, who wouldn't want to go out with you?
Marissa Redman: You better hope he does. Because if he doesn't want to go out with me tonight, you're fired, Hester.

Quote from Will

Hilary: Hi, Will.
Will: Oh, look who's home. It's Miss Hollywood. Tell me all about your faboo day. So what did you do this afternoon? Massage her feet, give her cat a perm?
Hilary: Oh, Will, I love your irreverent sense of humor. It's so refreshing. [giggles]
Will: How you trying to play me, Hilary?
Hilary: Oh, Will, you're always thinking the worst of me.

Quote from Will

Will: I have got some great news for you. Guess who I can get to go out with you.
Will: What, Janet Jackson?
Hilary: Guess again.
Will: Jody Watley?
Hilary: Guess again.
Will: Tell me, or I'll kill you.
Hilary: Marissa Redman.
Will: You've got to be tripping. Hilary, I wouldn't go out with her if she and Marsha Warfield were the last two women on earth.

Quote from Jazz

Will: Oh, that must be Jazz.
Hilary: Good. Now, Marissa's meeting us at the restaurant. We can't be a second late.
Will: Just relax, Hilary. You just make sure you're sweet to Jazz. This is making his whole week.
Geoffrey: Mr. Jazz.
Jazz: Yo, G. As of tonight, my new official name is Mr. Lucky.

Quote from Jazz

Hilary: Marissa, thanks for inviting us. This is such an exciting new restaurant.
Jazz: Look at that. Butter on ice. I'm living large now.
Will: Speaking of ice, Jazz... Uh, doesn't Hilary look a little chilly?
Jazz: Oh, right. [hugs Hilary, then runs his finger up her arm] You are so beautiful, baby.
Hilary: Jazz, please.
Will: Now, I know you can be nicer than that.
Hilary: All right. That was a wonderful imitation of a creepy spider you just did, Jazz.

Quote from Will

Marissa Redman: Hey, Cher! Sophomore in high school. Beat that, honey.
Will: Do you know what time it is, Hilary?
Hilary: It's 8:15.
Will: No, it's not. It's "slow dancing with Jazz" time.
Hilary: No, it isn't.
Will: You know, it's either "slow dancing with Jazz" time or "Will getting up, going home, and leaving you without a job" time.
Hilary: Jazz, do you want to dance?
Jazz: Man, this must be my birthday.
Marissa Redman: When you get back, bring me a mineral water three ice cubes, a lemon, and a lime. For the sake of novelty, get it right this time.

Quote from Jazz

Hilary: Um, Jazz, I feel I should tell you something. I'm only on this date with you as part of my deal with Will.
Jazz: I know.
Hilary: You do?
Jazz: It doesn't bother me. But hey, if it's making you feel sad dancing with me, you don't have to.
Hilary: No, Jazz, it's not that.
Jazz: Thank God.
Hilary: It's just this job is getting to me. I don't mind the hard work. It's just I can't seem to do anything right. She's always yelling at me.
Jazz: Oh, tell Jazz all about it.

Quote from Hilary

Marissa Redman: Look. Biggest director in town. Sydney. Congratulations. Loved your new movie. We've got to do- What? He just looked right through me.
Will: Maybe you should have spoken up a little bit.
Marissa Redman: This is not good. Hickory! Hey, Hickory!
Hilary: Yes.
Marissa Redman: I just saw Sydney, and he cut me dead. Now, did you send him a bottle of champagne like I told you for the premiere of his crappy movie?
Hilary: All you said to me this morning was you were thinking of sending him something, but you didn't know what.
Marissa Redman: Champagne would obviously be the perfect choice, Einstein.
Will: Whoa, whoa, whoa. Marissa, chill. Come on. She's trying.
