Rochelle is stunned when Chris refuses to do his chores after feeling he is treated unfairly. Meanwhile, Mr. Omar gets his affairs in order after being told he is dying.

Adult Chris: [v.o.] With my father on the way to Doc's, I was a dead man working.
Chris: [screams]
Julius: We need to talk.

Adult Chris: [v.o.] I had put my foot down. But unfortunately, it was into my own grave.

Adult Chris: [v.o.] I left the house before my mother asked for her suitcase back.

Drew: Just say you're sorry.
Chris: What for?
Tonya: Because you just got kicked out.
Chris: Look, I don't care, all right? It's better than doing everyone else's work. If you had been cleaning up after me for the past ten years, you'd know how I felt.
Drew: How you gonna eat?
Chris: I-I got a job.
Tonya: Where you gonna stay?
Chris: I'll find a place.
Tonya: Will you quit being stupid, and go clean the kitchen like Mama told you?
Chris: Look, if you want it clean so bad, you go do it.
Drew: So you're really leaving?
Chris: Yeah.
Tonya: Well, can I have your radio?
Chris: Fine.
Drew: Good luck, Chris. [gives him some money]
