Mitch Savner: Bacon pillows. I like the sound of that. But I have to say, restaurants are incredibly risky. Most of them are dead on arrival.
Ben: We're well-aware of that, but believe me, Tom has thought this out. See, there's plenty of real estate available in the old Eagleton part of town. And with the recent closures, there's massive demand for affordable dining that feels high-end.
