Bob: It's my bible. "The Big Book of Barbecue" by Jeff Filgo. He's a Texan. You know, of course all Texans think they invented barbecue. Arrogant bastards. You like barbecue?
Frasier: Well, uh, on a national holiday, 4th July, uh, that sort of thing.
Bob: You know the secret to good barbecue? Mesquite. And the secret to mesquite is you gotta soak them in water for 10 minutes. On special occasions, I'll soak them in beer. Once, I soaked them in Sake for that "flavor of the Far East". You know, in Japan they call their barbecues "hibachis"? The arrogant bastards.
