Mike: Frankie, you work hard. If you've found something that makes you happy, you should stick with it.
Frankie: I know, right?
Mike: And she's not a kid anymore. If Sue's upset, well, that's life. She'll bounce back. It's not like she hasn't had any practice.
Frankie: That's true.
Mike: And even if you do quit, it's not gonna help her any. She's still off the play.
