Dennis Feinstein: Well, make it quick. I gotta go pull the plug on my dad in ten minutes.
Andy: I heard you were buying JJ's Diner and kicking everybody out.
Dennis Feinstein: That's true. Real estate prices in this turd town are through the roof. I'm gonna turn that place into an elbow art salon and make a killing. Plus, who's gonna miss some dumpy diner? [laughs]
