Dr. Fields: Well, we had a few complications.
Tim: What do you mean, "complications"?
Dr. Fields: She had an allergic reaction to the antibiotic and she went into shock.
Tim: She's in shock?
Dr. Fields: No, no, no, she's gonna be just fine. We were able to stabilize her. There's no reason for concern.
Tim: So she's okay then?
Dr. Fields: Yeah, absolutely. But, unfortunately, I did find dermoid cysts twisting her ovaries. Now the cysts themselves are benign. But I'm afraid I had to remove her ovaries.
Tim: So she had a total hysterectomy?
Dr. Fields: Yeah. Sorry. I just didn't have any choice.
