Quote from Sophia

Sophia: You know, with Alma here, I've been thinking a lot about the two of us.
Dorothy: Oh, what do you mean?
Sophia: The one thing you never do is treat me like an old lady. You treat me like a person. I appreciate that. You're a good daughter, Dorothy.
Dorothy: Ma, I'm overwhelmed. I don't know what to say.
Sophia: I'll tell you what you could say. You could say I don't owe you the $50.
Dorothy: Ma, you are a crazy lady, and I love ya, I love ya, I love ya.
Sophia: I love you too, pussycat.

Quote from Sophia

Sophia: Come on, one more hand.
Mrs. Lindstrom: I'm tired, Sophia. I'd like to cash in. Now, lets see, these are worth a dollar a piece. I have 20 to 30 pretzel sticks here.
Sophia: [smashes her fists on the table] Now you got pretzel dust.
Dorothy: Come on, Ma, don't be a sore loser. Now, you owe her $30.
Sophia: You're absolutely right, Dorothy. I stand corrected. Pay her.
