‘Your Time Is Gonna Come’

Season 5, Episode 13 -  Aired January 29, 2003

Kelso brings his onetime girlfriend from California, Annette (Jessica Simpson), to Wisconsin. Meanwhile, Kitty's parents, Burt (Tom Pston) and Bea (Betty White), come to town with bad news.

Quote from Jackie

Annette: I'm gonna go get some Cracker Jacks. [exits]
Jackie: [scoffs] She's so cheap, she could be the prize in the Cracker Jacks.
Donna: Wow. You're jealous.
Jackie: I am not jealous. I just wanna pop that inflatable bitch and watch her fly around the room.
Donna: Look, here's the thing, Jackie. Kelso likes bossy, vain, shallow princess types and since you're no longer available, he shipped one in from out West.
Jackie: He's not supposed to replace me. He's supposed to sit around and pine for me.
Donna: You can't have your cake and eat it too.
Jackie: Oh, my God! It is always about food with you. It's like you're not even listening.

Quote from Jackie

Donna: So, um... So... So did you guys hear about that woman who might be the first female member of the Supreme Court?
Jackie: No. But I did hear the Dallas Cowboys might hire their first redheaded cheerleader.
Annette: Ew!
Jackie: That's exactly what I said. [gasps] Uh-oh. Redhead in the room.
[After Annette goes and whispers in Jackie's ear, they both giggle]
Donna: What are you guys talking about?
Jackie & Annette: Nothing.

Quote from Kelso

Kelso: They got ice cream in the cafeteria!
Eric: Ice cream? Kelso, my grandpa's in intensive care.
Kelso: Yeah, but I told 'em it was my grandfather so I got the ice cream for free.
Red: Put it down.
Kelso: Fine but when my burrito's ready, I'm eating it.

Quote from Eric

Eric: Man, I feel like we should know something by now. That is the third coffee break that doctor's had. Hey, buddy! Quit the coffee, fix the sickies, all right?

Quote from Kelso

Eric: Kitty, how's Burt?
Kitty: Well, um... I don't know how to say this. Daddy's gone to a better place.
Kelso: Good. 'Cause this hospital sucks. [Red and Eric glare at Kelso] What? Oh. [whispers] This hospital sucks.

Quote from Bob

Donna: Mrs. Forman, I'm so sorry for your loss. The service was lovely.
Bob: [to Kitty] Aw, geez. [to Bea] Aw, geez. [to Red] Aw-
Red: We got it, Bob.

Quote from Kitty

Kitty: Mom, how you doing?
Bea: Oh, I'm fine.
Kitty: Mom. Your husband, my father, is gone. You're not fine.
Bea: You're right. I think I chipped a tooth on your manicotti. When I die, get a caterer.

Quote from Red

Kitty: So, um, Mom, you haven't said much. Are you holding it in? 'Cause it's okay to let it out. We're family.
Red: If anybody needs to let anything out, I'd be happy to leave.
Bea: It's just so typical of Burt to make everyone come up from Phoenix in the middle of winter. He never thought about anybody but himself and those damned ostriches. [exits]
Kitty: Did you hear that? That is not grieving.
Red: Okay, Kitty. Calm down. It's not as bad as you think. Maybe you're just having a hot flash.
Eric: Oh! Dad. No.
Red: Eric... I need you to get to the wine.

Quote from Jackie

Jackie: Donna, great news. I'm not jealous of Annette. I mean, I thought I was, and I was afraid that I might still have feelings for Michael. But I got to know her and now I really like her.
Donna: That is such a relief because, you know what with Burt dying, I was worried about you.
Jackie: Yeah, me too.
Donna: That was sarcasm.
Jackie: Well, whatever it was, it was very thoughtful. Ugh, it is such a relief knowing I don't have feelings for Michael. [sees Kelso and Annette kissing] Get off my boyfriend!
Kelso: Oh, yeah!
[After Hyde looks at Jackie, she turns around and leaves]
Fez: I don't know why she's so upset. I was barely touching you.

Quote from Fez

Hyde: Okay, Fez, now remember. The bra wants to come off. It can't be forced. It has to be coaxed.
Eric: And go.
Fez: And they are out.
Eric: Eight seconds. That's a new foreign exchange student record.
Fez: And I think she liked it.
Donna: Okay, Fez, that was good, but remember, the real girl will have a head and, hopefully, arms.
