George is freaked out by one of Susan's dolls which bears a striking resemblance to his mother. Jerry is annoyed that Susan's friend, Sally (guest star Kathy Griffin), sent back from Memphis with a bulky gift. Frank Costanza asks Elaine to try get a photo from the Maestro of a man they saw in Tuscany who looked like Frank.
Quote from Jerry
Sally: Hey there, Mr. Hairy legs!
Jerry: Where's George?
Sally: Don't worry, I brought your doll. [pulls out a completely different doll] Tada!
Jerry: No! That's the wrong doll!
Sally: Jerry, I saw the doll you were talking about, not funny! This doll's much funnier. Look, it has a little bowtie, and a cute little hat.. I think it's a riot!
Jerry: This is a nightmare.
Quote from Elaine
Maestro: Elaine. What a surprise.
Elaine: I know you're very busy, but I just wanted to come by and give you this.
Maestro: Oh. Oro-Dent. That electric toothbrush I've heard so much about..
Elaine: No, no, no. Not the toothbrush. This.
Maestro: Oh, what a sweet gesture. And autographed poster of my favorite tenor, with.. those two other guys. Oh, Elaine, this is magnifico!
Elaine: Oh, well, I just felt so bad about what happened in Tuscany.
Quote from Frank Costanza
Frank Costanza: Carlo! It's me, Frank! [attempts to hug him] I'm your cousin, Frank! Aren't you Carlo?
Man: Carlo? No. Mio nome è Giuseppe.
Frank Costanza: What do you know. All right. [picks up his present] I guess I was wrong. [walks away]
