J.D. sides with Alex when she and Elliot clash over a patient who might have stolen drugs from the hospital. Meanwhile. Dr. Cox and Turk disagree about how to treat a patient, and Carla gets a ride to work from Dr. Kelso.

Alex: Relax. The first one's a freebie, so you can get your form back.

J.D.: [v.o.] The speech always sounds the same no matter whose mouth it comes out of. Even if it's someone you thought you could really like.
Alex: Look, you don't understand, OK? My job comes with a lot of stress. It's not like I have a serious problem.
J.D.: [v.o.] We ended up talking for a while after that. I gave her some names of people that could help her. But she never got back to me. After that, things got back to normal.
