When the government shutdown ends, the Parks and Recreation department returns with a heavily trimmed budget. Leslie enlists Ann's help to convince Chris to give the department more money. Meanwhile, Ron and Andy coach children's basketball teams.

Andy: Hello, April. Do you like the flowers?
April: What are you doing?
Andy: All due respect, Eduardo. You seem like a great guy. But I like April, and I'm coming after her with everything I've got. So do you want to go out with me?
April: No.
Andy: I thought you were gonna say yes, but that's okay. Because I'll be back tomorrow to ask you again. And again the next day. And the next day. Not Friday. I have to go visit my cousin. But I will be back after that to ask you again.
