Ann: Okay, everyone. So the Health department is working on a poster campaign to warn people about diseases. Now we are going to build a better water fountain for the parks. Andy is our official water-fountain tester.
Andy: All right, let's give this sucker a test-drive. [puts his whole mouth over the spout]
Ann: Yeah, so the idea is to make a fountain that he can't do that to.
