After Rachel injured herself finally taking down the Christmas lights, Monica takes her to the hospital and finds out Rachel doesn't have any insurance. The pair swap identities so Rachel can be treated on Monica's insurance, but when they meet a pair of attractive doctors they're forced to keep up the deception longer than they anticipated.
Meanwhile, Phoebe tries to soften the blow for Joey when Ursula decides to end their relationship without even telling him, and Ross questions whether he will ever feel like a father.
Quote from Chandler
Ross: Umm Pheebs, I don't think scrunchy is a word.
Phoebe: Why not? If crunchy is a word, why isn't scrunchy?
Chandler: Well, okay, then I am using that same argument for "fligament."
Quote from Rachel
Rachel: Mon, I'm sorry about last night, what I said. I don't think you're anything like your mother.
Monica: Oh, that's all right. I don't think you were selfish for running out on Barry.
Rachel: I'm sorry that I said that you were a cow in high school.
Monica: That's okay. I was a cow.
Rachel: I know, I'm just sorry I said it.
