Ross struggles to adjust to life without work now that he's on sabbatical. Meanwhile, Phoebe takes a job collecting money for charity in the run up to Christmas, and Rachel worries Danny is seeing another woman after she finally goes out on a date with him.

Chandler: Well why can't you finish them tomorrow?
Ross: Because tomorrow he's redoing yesterday's pages.
Joey: Yesterday's pages did not reflect my best work.

Estelle: Well, Talia Shire suddenly became available.
Joey: She's a woman.
Estelle: What can I say? She nailed it.
Joey: Is there anything else?

Chandler: There's some kids playing in the street. You want to go down there, give them a project, ruin their day?
Ross: Hey, if they have a ball, maybe you could stick razor blades in it and teach them a new game: "Gonna-Need-Stitches Ball."

Ross: So, Pheebs, you going back out there?
Phoebe: Yeah, but I won't take any more crap. No more Mrs. Nice Bucket.
Monica: Yeah, good for you. You're tough. You lived on the street.
Phoebe: Yeah, I'm going to go back to being Street Phoebe. Yeah. Oh, but you know what, I can't go totally back because Street Phoebe would really wouldn't be friends with you guys.
