After Phoebe's grandmother dies, she is shocked to run into her birth father at the memorial service. Meanwhile, Rachel helps Joey discover a new fashion trend with a "man bag", and Monica is upset that Chandler doesn't like her massages.

Phoebe: Lily's dead.
Frank Buffay: She what?
Phoebe: She's dead.
Frank Buffay: Are you sure?
Phoebe: Well if she isn't, cremating her was a big mistake.

Frank Buffay: What about the girls?
Phoebe: Well, Ursula is a waitress and she lives in Soho. And Phoebe is on this couch. Yep, lipstick and a daughter. Big day for you.
Quote from Rachel
Joey: I don't want to give up the bag. I don't have to give it up. Do l, Rach? [gasps] You think I should give up the bag.
Rachel: Joey, I'm sorry. As terrific as I think you are with it I just don't know if the world is ready for you and your bag.
Quote from Joey
Joey: Why would I return this? I love this bag.
Rachel: All right, then you owe me $350.
Joey: Fine. Do you take Vasa or Mooster Card?

Joey: Hey, Phoebe. I'm so sorry.
Phoebe: You know what? My grandma had the exact same bag.
Joey: I brought you some flowers.
Phoebe: Oh, thanks.
Chandler: Yeah, pulling flowers out of it makes the bag look masculine.
