‘The One Where Estelle Dies’

With Joey feeling overwhelmed by the recent changes in his life, Phoebe decides not to tell him that his agent, Estelle, has passed away. When Chandler and Monica view the house next door to their new property, they are shocked by a potential buyer who could become their neighbor. Meanwhile, Ross goes to extreme lengths to keep Rachel from taking a job in Paris.

Monica: Hi. We're buying the house next door and we were wondering if we could just take a look around.
Ellen: Oh, sure. I'm showing it to someone else right now but please, look around.
Monica: Thanks.
Chandler: It feels like we're cheating on our house. And if we're gonna cheat, shouldn't it be with like a hot younger house, that does stuff that our house won't do?

Janice: Well I just talked to Sid we are definitely putting in an offer on the house. And I'll bet we get it.
Chandler: The Hitlers will be so disappointed.
