Norm is devastated when his favorite restaurant, the Hungry Heifer, is listed for demolition. Meanwhile, Rebecca is upset when Robin Colcord is made to pick litter outside the bar, although Sam can barely contain his delight.
Quote from Norm
Woody: How'd you convince him?
Norm: Well, I told him he could serve a healthier menu, uh, smaller portions, leaner cuts of beef. He's actually gonna put some greens in the salad bar.
Cliff: Oh.
Norm: You know we could change the name to the Healthy Heifer. Yeah. I think I really turned his life around today.
[Sid walks out of the smoke-filled kitchen with a young man]
Norm: What the hell? Sid! Sid! What's going on?
Sid: This is Gus, the busboy. Now he's the son I never had.
All: Fire! Fire!

Sam: Well, here's a here's a cold one for you there, buddy.
Cliff: Hey, uh, Norm, how about some of these extra-salty pretzels you so heartily enjoy, huh?
Frasier: You're welcome to share some of my beer nuts, if you like.
[A despondent Norm doesn't respond]
Woody: Meat! [all clamoring] Aw, everybody was thinking it! I was the only one who had the guts to say it!
