Dick quits his job at the university after Mary gets a better parking spot. Meanwhile, Harry loses his memory after being blown off the roof.

Harry: I've been awake for 16 days.
Mary: That must be a record.
Harry: So, I've got to know, are you one of them?
Mary: I'm just going to step out of this closet now.
Harry: If you are who you say you are, then who won the world series in 1956?
Mary: Huh? Huh?
Harry: Who? Who? Huh? Huh?
Mary: I don't know!
Harry: I don't know either! [hugs Mary]

Mary: Hello, President Dewey.
President Dewey: Hello, Mary.
Mary: Dr. Solomon and I-- Dick!
Dick: [enters] Hello, President Dewey. And thank you, Dr. Albright, for announcing me.
Mary: I believe you have something to say to President Dewey.
Dick: I would like to discuss the terms under which I will return to Pendelton.
Mary: He wants to drop the parking thing.
President Dewey: That's good to hear.
Dick: And in return, you will admit that you were wrong and that this university was falling apart without me.

Dick: Mary, Mary, Mary, Mary. This is beneath you. Why don't you wait outside, and I'll settle this on my own terms, all right? [closes door] Please! Please take me back!
President Dewey: Sorry, can't do it.
Dick: Please! Please! I'll do anything! Just name it!
President Dewey: You can apologize.
Dick: You want me to apologize?
President Dewey: Yes.
Dick: I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!
President Dewey: Fine, you can begin tomorrow.
Dick: In my new parking spot? I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!

Nina: Mmm, thanks for the ride this morning.
Mary: Oh, I couldn't let you walk. It's pouring.
[A soaking wet Dick walks in]
Nina: How's your new parking spot?
Dick: Awful! My house is closer. Dewey is gonna hear about this.
Mary: And after that, for lunch, I'll have a rusty burger with fries.
Dick: Actually, it's not so bad.
